We are a small, entirely volunteer–led charity, so please use email as the surest way to reach us. A trustee usually replies within a week, and often much sooner.
Your message is read in confidence by the trustees. Please share only what you are comfortable sharing in a first email — we can follow up for anything further.
Helpful things to put in a first message.
- Your name, and whether you are writing for yourself or on behalf of someone else.
- Your connection to the parish of Stretton on Dunsmore.
- A short description of the situation.
- What kind of help you are hoping for — it is absolutely fine not to have a figure in mind.
- A phone number or alternative email, if you’d prefer us to reply by another route.
If you are a clergy member, teacher, social worker or other professional referring somebody to us, please do so with their knowledge and consent where possible.
Researchers, residents and press.
We’re happy to hear from local historians, parish researchers, or residents with a question about the charity’s past. Please bear with us: we’re a volunteer board and our time for correspondence is limited.
